What is a VTPR File Type?
To open a VTPR file on the right-by clicking on the 3D render area in Store Visualizer, which opens the context menu. Select File → Open and select the VTPR file you want to open. You can also open a VTPR file using the system sidebar. In the sidebar click on File ", panel, select Project → Open, and choose the VTPR file you want to open.
Two types of projects can be stored in the VTPR files.
By default, VTPR files are saved at the following location.
Visualizer [version] / Projects.
The location of the VTPR models is as follows.
Visualizer [version] / Models.
VTPR files are linked to .3DW files containing information about the 3D environment in which the product design is visualized. When a VTPR file is opened in Studio Store Visualizer, the program loads the information into the 3DW file. Both the VTPR file and the 3DW file must be in the same folder. If you share a VTPR file with another user, you must include the linked 3DW file and all related external L3DW files, otherwise you will not be able to view the product in the 3D environment.
