What is a QVF File Type?
These files are used to store data visualizations, such as sales numbers or personal information. You will probably only see the real QVF file, however, when sharing your data display application with another Qlik Sense Desktop user. Often they are shared as an attachment to an email or downloaded into the cloud, but it is important to note that QVF files often become large, making them difficult to attach to an email.
When you create a QVF file, import data from one or more files or connect a data source. If you share the file QVF, the application can not be reloaded unless l' other user n'also has access to the data source.
Usually, the QVF files are located in the following directory.
Users \[ userid]\ Documents\ Qlik\ Sense\ Apps.
