What is a PNACH File Type?
The PNACH files are saved in plain text and can be edited with n' any text editor. However, to open the file, you may need to rename the file; extension; extension; extension to what; .txt "then rename the file; extension to what; .pnach ".
The cheat code is a hexadecimal code used by the emulator to insert modified data into the emulated game at a particular data point. Here are the contents of an example PNACH file:

The prefix of the PNACH file name must use CRC code given to the PlayStation game. It must be stored in the \patches\ directory of l' PCSX2 installation. PCSX2 automatically loads the PNACH files with a CRC code that matches the CRC code of the game.
