What is a PMVX File Type?
The PMVX files are saved in a proprietary format similar to Microsoft Excel (.XLT or .XLTX files) models. It is usually opened in PlanMaker to create a PMD or PMDX file. They can also be converted into other formats in PlanMaker, including .PDF, XLTX, XLTX, .XLS, .XLSM, .XLTM, .TMD and .RTF.
By selecting File → Save or Save as, and selecting the PMVX format, you can create a PMVX file. You can open a PMVX by selecting File → Open and navigate to the PMVX file. You can select File → Nouveau and select the template from which you want to create your new document. By default, PMVX files are saved to Templates [Version] "SoftMaker folder; folder in your quote; Documents" path folder.
PMVX replaced .PMV files as the main file type used to store the templates.
