What is a PGM File Type?

The PGM files can be saved in the standard MPC program format or in the revised format that has been developed to support more complex MPC devices. The new PGM format is not supported by CPMs manufactured before the MPC1000 device. MPCs manufactured after the MPC1000, however, support both versions of the PGM format.
