What is a KODE File Type?
KODE files are used to secure various sensitive files, such as financial documents, images and videos. It can also be shared with d' other KodeFile users, known as confidants, via KodeFile.
To encrypt a file in KodeFile, select Encrypt at l' Welcome screen, add your file (s) or folder (s) and click Encrypt. While KodeFile allows you to encrypt multiple files simultaneously, each file is encrypted separately as a KODE file. When KodeFile digits a file, extension .kode is added to the file. For example, the sample.pdf becomes sample.pdf.kode.
To decrypt a KODE file in KodeFile, select Decrypt at l' D'screen, add your file (s) or folder (s) and click Decrypt. With KodeFile you can decrypt several KODE files at once.
KodeFile is available for Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android and iOS.
