Preloaded ECT files are stored in the program files directory C (x86) YozosoftYozo _ OfficeTemplatesChartTemplates.

You cannot open the ECT files directly from the directory, you must already have a document in the open application. Select the Insert tab, choose "Chart," then "Change Chart Type," and finally, select the Chart Templates tab, choose a template, and click OK.
