What is a AFPHOTO File Type?
Affinity Photo is used to create professional raster images as an alternative to Adobe Photoshop, providing much of the same functionality. The main file type associated with Affinity Photo is the AFPHOTO file, just as the .PSD file is used by Photoshop.
The files AFPHOTO are created when you first save your d' image by selecting File → Save or Save As... and choose the AFPHOTO format. The file stores the image and all its graphic elements. The AFPHOTO file can be exported in different formats under Windows and MacOS, which include .PNG, .JPG, .GIF, .SVG, .EPS, PSD, .TIFF, .EXR, .HDR and .PDF.
To open an AFPHOTO file in Affinity Photo, select File & &&&&&& rarr; Open and select the file AFPHOTO that you want to open.
