A CID is a map description file created by Navigator, a celestial navigation program. Includes information about a .GIF, .JPG or .BMP graphic image. The CID files include the name of the map, the description of the file, the reference points that define the pixels of the map, image, digital signature of the map, image MD5 and load limits.

PCT Converter
A PCT file is an image recorded in Macintosh format that was developed by Apple in 1984 to store images at Apple QuickDraw. It contains images in one of the two formats, PICT 1, the original format that stores 8 colors, or PICT 2, a new format that allows thousands of colors (24 and 32-bit images) to appear. The PCT supports both raster and vector images.
